Nashville International Airport (BNA)
Sheraton Music City Hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the BNA airport. Shuttles run from 4:00 AM until 11:00 PM,
every 20 minutes at the top of every hour.

Abbie Appel-1
Abbie Appel: Abbie Appel is a recreational therapist and the owner of AbbieFit Consulting. As a fitness education specialist, she collaborates with organizations including YMCA, Crunch, and Equinox. She is an author and program developer who created the SCW Pilates, SCW Barre Education Certification, and the new SCW Stretching & Flexibility Certification. She also contributed to the ACSM Group Exercise Manual and Schwinn Indoor Cycling Certification Manual. Abbie is an acclaimed presenter for ACSM, IDEA, IHRSA and SCW, among others. She delivers fitness education for world-class brands including Nautilus, Schwinn and TRX. Abbie was awarded SCW Fitness Presenter of the Year.

Michelle Bastos: Michele Bastos is an international Dance, Pilates and Fitness presenter with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Based in NYC, Michele travels the world teaching and training fitness professionals in three different languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish. Michele's ability to perform and teach a variety of formats has led her to become a sought-after master trainer with major worldwide brands. An educator by heart, Michele strives to empower instructors and fitness leaders from around the world to find their voices, to embrace their uniqueness and to work towards becoming the best fitness professionals they can be. She truly believes in the power of education and how a strong foundation can lead to creative freedom and legitimate growth. Michele graduated with a BFA in Dance with studies in Anatomy and Physiology and is a continuing education provider for AFAA, NASM and ACE.

Maria Browning: Maria has over 10 years of experience in group exercise and has presented at countless events. She is featured in several ZIN™ Volumes and has performed at Fitness-Concert™ Events with artists like Pitbull, Wyclef Jean and Mara. Maria is AFAA, ACE and AEA certified.

Ellen de Werd: Ellen de Werd is a 23-year fitness industry leader with extensive experience developing innovative programs.  She is the creator of WARRIOR Rhythm™, WARRIOR Strength™, and WARRIOR Combat™.  Her unique programs are taught in 13 countries. Since the launch of the WARRIOR Instructor Academy, Ellen has garnered international attention as a featured, favorite presenter and educator for IDEA, CANFITPRO, SCW, Fitness Fest, and Fitness Conventions Inc. Ellen is the Fitness Director at the Downtown Athletic Club and a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador. She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and 200 Hour EYRT.
Lauren George
Lauren George: With an ear for the beat and a passion for the party, Lauren has years of experience crafting various fitness formats and educational workshops that not only pack group fitness rooms, but also have a deep basis in current exercise science. Prior to being a fitness program designer, Lauren oversaw group fitness programs at prominent health clubs and university recreation centers, contributing to her extensive background in training thousands of new instructors. As a visionary in the fitness industry, Lauren George is the creative force behind Pumped Up Strength and The Musicality Method. She is also the co-creator of Barre Above and a program specialist for Balletone, and also  lends her expertise to diverse fitness projects for other companies. A popular presenter, Lauren travels nationally to speak across a range of esteemed fitness and movement conferences about programming, cueing, musicality, business, and other topics. Beyond her role at Fit Pro Programming, Lauren has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by launching multiple successful ventures. Notably, she founded Clemson Fitness Company, a boutique fitness studio located in Clemson, SC. Lauren is also the co-founder of Fit Biz Club, founder of the former PulsePointe barre, and films extensively for her own LG Fitness Virtual Studio and app, showcasing her commitment to innovation and excellence in the fitness industry. Lauren holds a B.S. in Sports Management from Texas A&M University, as well as an M.S. in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Texas. 
Melissa Layne
Melissa Layne: Melissa Layne has been a faculty member of the Kinesiology Department at the University of North Georgia for over 20 years.  She holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University and an undergraduate degree in Physical Education. With 37 years in the fitness business, her favorite lectures incorporate complicated material that she can break into understandable bits while relating these pieces to resistance and endurance workouts. 
Elizabeth Lenart
Elizabeth Lenart: With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Elizabeth Lenart is an international presenter, content creator and fitness guidance counselor. She known for explosive intervals, electric coaching and innovative programming. Elizabeth possesses and M.Ed. in Ed. Psych. and uses her capabilities in counseling and coaching to influence each movement and fitness guidance counseling session. She uses emotion to train from the inside, out and is a fierce advocate for positive body image and inclusive fitness. She is the National Program Director for Balletone, a Master Trainer with BOSU, Barre Above, Tabata Bootcamp, WaterRower and Extreme Chaos. She can be seen regularly on Mass Appeal.
Zachary Mang
Zachary Mang: Zachary A Mang, PhD, is a strength and conditioning specialist and human performance researcher for the Albuquerque Baseball Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Jenice Mattek
Jenice Mattek: Jenice Mattek works each day helping clients improve their breathing and experience the benefits of optimal breathing throughout their daily lives. She is also the Director of the Integrative Movement Institute and Chicago Integrative Movement Specialists and co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-realized Effects of Breast Abdominal and Pelvic Surgeries. She co-created the Integrative Movement System ™ which is taught to professionals around the world.
Patrick Mummy
Patrick Mummy: Patrick Mummy earned a baseball scholarship to San Diego State University & graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. He founded  Symmetry for Health & was awarded a patent on a measurable system for postural assessment and corrective exercise – AlignSmart Technology. Patrick has written three books, the latest – “The Physics of Pain; becoming Pain-Free”. He has spoken on the subject of postural assessment at multiple conferences & corporations including as the SCWFit Keynote speaker for 2023-2024.
Tricia Murphy Madden
Tricia Murphy Madden: Tricia Murphy Madden is a highly respected veteran of the fitness and production industry with over 30 years of invaluable experience. In 2020, she was honored with the prestigious Fitness Leader of the Year award by IDEA, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the field. Tricia is the Co-Founder of Fit Pro Programming and Head of Programming for IDEA World 2024. Tricia's extensive expertise led her to serve as the on-set Director for Amazon Halo, where she successfully directed a multitude of workouts across various modalities. She played a pivotal role in talent casting and skill development for on-air presentations. Additionally, her involvement at Savvier involved product development and spearheading impactful consumer campaigns, contributing to the creation of some of the world's largest fitness programs. With a strong background in on-camera work, Tricia now focuses on creating accessible workouts for true beginners and athletic aging populations. She is renowned for her gracious energy and ability to motivate individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. Her contributions as a cast member for the now SWERVE, Active & Fit, Just Move by Kaisa Fit and the discontinued Amazon Halo App have garnered recognition for her exceptional care and support of users.
Aimee Nicotera
Aimee Nicotera: Aimee Nicotera is an international presenter and Virtual Studio Owner. Aimee holds a BS in Nutrition Science, a Masters in Health Education and certifications from ACSM, ACE and AFAA.   Aimee is the creator of the format E5 COLLECTIVE.
Dr. Evan Osar
Dr. Evan Osar: Audiences around the world have heard Dr. Osar’s dynamic presentations. Dr. Evan Osar is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and expert on assessment, corrective exercise, and functional movement. He has authored Corrective Exercise Solutions to Common Hip and Shoulder Dysfunction and Amazon #1 Best Seller, The Psoas Solution. Dr. Osar developed the Integrative Movement System™, an evidence-based approach to improving clinical outcomes and helping patients perform at their highest level. Dr. Osar is in private practice in Chicago, IL and teaches his proprietary approach, the Integrative Movement System™ to health and fitness professionals that specialize in corrective exercise, medical fitness, and training the older adult population.
Rueben
Ruben Pereyra: Ruben Pereyra is a highly accomplished Certified Coach, Fitness Specialist, and Speaker with a focus on improving the health and well-being of senior populations. With 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Ruben has been dedicated to educating individuals about the transformative power of movement. Holding a degree in Kinesiology, along with numerous fitness certifications, Ruben's outstanding contributions led to being honored as the 2024 IDEA World Emerging Trailblazer of the Year. As an entrepreneur, Ruben offers a comprehensive range of services catering to all age groups, including personalized training, group exercise classes, specialized programs for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's patients, brain cognitive function training, and serving as a fitness director for senrior Living acommunities. Ruben is truly committed to enhancing the lives of individuals through fitness and well-being initiatives.
Irene Pluim Mentz
Irene Pluim Mentz: Irene PluimMentz, PT became a licensed physical therapist in the Netherlands before immigrating to the United States. She is the co-owner of One Step Beyond, Inc. Physical Therapy. Irene’s passion for anything “water” led to becoming an AEA certified instructor. She integrates her knowledge of hydro-dynamics with physical therapy into all her sessions. Irene is the inventor and developer of the Aqua-Ω adjustable drag resistance water exercise equipment. 
Diva Richards
Diva Richards: Diva Richards Diva Richards is the co-creator of WARRIOR Combat and the Format Lead. She is a motivational life coach with over 20 years of experience within the fitness industry and entrepreneurship sector. She is the Founder and President of You vs You Athletics, LLC., located in Marlton, NJ.  Diva is a professional, international public speaker, who owns the Do Work podcast, and The Do Work Method Motivational and Life Coaching Program.  She brings real-life success and experienced guidance to her clients and followers. Diva lives in Philadelphia, PA where she studied music and dance.
Dane Robinson
Dane Robinson: Dane Robinson is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has held almost every job in the fitness industry from mopping floors at Bally Total Fitness, to personal and group training, all the way to regional department management. Dane impacts HUNDREDS of people in private and group training classes in Atlanta, GA and THOUSANDS of people across the country as a TV fitness coach on Daily Burn’s episodic on-demand show “Daily Burn 365” in New York City. Dane also serves as a fitness coach with Total Gym as a part of their “Total Gym TV” series and can be routinely found as a Total Gym Master Coach on the QVC network.
Jason Schneider
Jason Schneider: Jason is a professional triathlon/endurance sports coach and age-group athlete. He has traveled around the world and raced on 6 different continents, in addition to the North Pole. When it comes to cycling, he is a Data-Hound – the more info he can get to help improve performance and results, the more he loves to ride and challenge himself. As an educator, he loves person-to-person interaction and helping instructors to up-level their coaching, in turn providing their riders with greater results.

Sabrina Ursaner: Sabrian Ursaner is an author, health & wellness coach, fitness instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and joy seeker. She helps people let go of whatever may be weighing them down, find their wings, and soar. She holds certifications from ACE, AFAA, and NASM, among others (GFI, CPT, WFS, Health Coach, 200hr RYT, 200hr Kundalini RYT, 100hr CMT, several branded formats). [[No matter the modality, Sabrina is passionate about making fitness fun and accessible for EVERYONE, and mini fitness trampolines are one of her favorite tools to share.]]  Sabrina is a certified Jumpsport Fitness Instructor and a featured instructor for Jumpsport. She has also been featured and appeared in numerous fitness videos.
Ted Vickey
Dr. Ted Vickey: Dr. Ted Vickey is the Founder and CEO of FitWell, which works with companies ranging from startups to established businesses within the health, fitness, and wellness space, creating strategies for the effective use of technology to improve the lives of their customers. Dr. Vickey has held academic and research positions in Kinesiology at Point Loma Nazarene, Tulane, and the University of San Francisco. His unique teaching style blends his real-world Corporate America experience with the fundamentals of traditional academia. He has served on various boards, including The American Council on Exercise and The Fitness Technology Council. As a speaker and panelist, he has spoken at numerous venues worldwide, including Stanford, Harvard, Canyon Ranch, Consumer Electronics Show, the American Council on Exercise, The National Academy of Science, and the American College of Sports Medicine.
He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Galway in Ireland, focusing on disruptive health technologies, social networks, mobile fitness apps, and knowledge discovery in data. His Master’s degree is from the University of Limerick in International Business and Entrepreneurship. His undergraduate is in Exercise and Sports Science from Penn State. has authored numerous books, book chapters, online education courses, book chapters, abstract articles, and journal articles specializing in his areas of expertise and participated as a TedX speaker – The Future of Wellness Is Now. Dr. Vickey is nationally and internationally recognized for subject matter expertise in the areas of fitness technology, disruptive health technologies, fitness informatics, wearables, apps, and fitness entrepreneurship
Nick Tumminello
Nick Tumminello: Nick Tumminello is known as the "Trainer of Trainers." He has been a trainer for over 20 years working NFL and MMA athletes, bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. Nick is the 2016 NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year, the editor-in-chief of the NSCA’s PTQ journal, and he has authored four books.
Robert Sherman
Robert Sherman: Robert Sherman is President of Robert Sherman Fitness LLC., a personal training, home gym design, and health club instructor management consulting company. Robert owned and managed two boutique studios and a national content/program provider/instructor trainer for Lifetime Fitness and Equinox. He served as Master Instructor, program developer globally for Reebok, SPRI, Schwinn, Bosu, Beachbody, ActivMotion Bar, and Total Gym. With 38 years in health, he is a much sought-after program consultant, served on the Industry Advisory Panel for the ACE, and content provider/consultant for Boutique Fitness Solutions. Robert played collegiate baseball for Ithaca College, holds a BS degree in business from the University of Maryland, and is a Gold Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor by ACE and ACSM.
Apy (Astrid) Figueroa
Apy (Astrid) Figueroa: Apy is the LaBlast Master Trainer for Florida. She is a former national artistic swimmer from Puerto Rico who always loved dancing whether in the water or on land. She learned about LaBlast® went to a master class, and instantly fell in love with the program. She feels it’s the best dance format where you can learn the true skill of dance while blasting calories, and then use it at any dance event. Apy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and is certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Billie Wartenberg
Billie Wartenberg: Billie has over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry and is currently the Fitness and Wellness Director at the Trilogy Resort 55+ Community and Resort in Orlando, FL. Managing almost 100 sessions per week focused on healthy active aging, Billie has authored the SCW Aqua Barre certification and is also a master trainer for SCW’s WATERinMOTION(r) and S.E.A.T. (Supported Exercise for Ageless Training) programs. Drawing on her experience as a former competitive cheerleader, Billie brings high energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to everything she does.

Marc Coronel: Marc Coronel is an esteemed leader in the fitness industry with over two decades of experience. As an award-winning instructor, programmer, educator, presenter, and fitness consultant, Marc has achieved global success through collaborations with TRX, Trigger Point, LifeFitness, FightCamp, the Under Armour Training Team, and most recently, Oofos and winning numerous awards, including the 2024 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year.
